O Lord God, who haft in thy tender Mercy prolong'd my Days in this World, give me Grace to spend that Life thou haft now lengthen'd in thy Service: O give me Grace to perform all my Refolutions of new Obedience; and fo to live in the filial Fear of thee, all the Remainder of my Time, that I may at laft die at Peace with my felf, at Peace with the whole World, and at Peace with thee; and that for the fake of thy wellbeloved Son, and my Saviour, in whofe Holy Words I fum up all Wants, Our Father, &c.

To conclude, good Philotheus, if you have reap'd any Good from thefe Prayers and Inftructions, be fure to give God hearty Thanks for for it, and let this encourage you to make the more frequent Use of them; and God of his infinite Mercy bless them every Day more and more to your Growth in Grace, and to his own Glory. Wake, my Soul, and with

the Sun,

Thy daily Stage of Duty

Shake off dull Sloth, and joyful rife To pay thy Morning Sacrifice.

Thy precious Time mifpent, redeem, Each prefent Day thy laft efteem;

Improve

Improve thy Talent with due Care, For the great Day thy felf prepare.

Think how All-feeing God thy Ways,
And all thy fecret Thoughts furveys.

By Influence of the Light Divine,
Let thy own Light to others fhine;
Reflect all Heaven's propitious Rays,
