Henry Brougham, the present Lord Chancellor, is Chairman of the Publishing Committee. Among the members are Lord John Russel, Viscount Althorpe, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir T. Denman, Lord Auckland, Prest. Board of Trade, the Bishop of Chichester, Wm. Tooke, Esq., F. R. S., and a number of other distinguished gentlemen.
