SAVE me, O Lord, from every foe; 2. Let heathens to their idols haste, Where the true God is known. 3. His hand provides my constant food, 4. God is my portion, and my joy; 5. My soul would all her thoughts approve To his all-seeing eye; Nor death nor hell my hope shall move God's Providence recounted. Ps. 78. i. 430. 1. LET children hear the mighty deeds, Which God performed of old, Which in our younger years we saw, And which our fathers told. His works of power and grace; 3. Our lips shall tell them to our sons, 4. Thus shall they learn, in God alone The Church. 1.
