Put on Thy strength, the nations Vain sacrifice for human guilt! And let the world, adoring, see
[shake: But to each conscience be applied Triumphs of mercy wrought by Thee. The blood that flow'd from Jesus' side,
Say to the heathen, from Thy throne,

Outcasts from Zion's hallow'd ground ? One God in holy anthems praise. O God of Israel! view their race,
To Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, Back to Thy fold the wanderers bring ;
The God whom heaven and earth adore, Teach them to seek Thy slighted grace,
From men and from the Angal host, To hail in Christ their promised King.
Be praise and glory evermore. The veil of darkness rend in twain,
That hides their Shiloh's glorious light; The sever'd olive-branch again

MISSION TO THE JEWS.
OH that the Lord's salvation
To lead His outcasts home!
Shall heathen feet profane ? Return, O Lord, in pity;
Rebuild her walls again. Let fall Thy rod of terror :
Thy saving grace impart ; Roll back the veil of error:
Release the fetter'd heart.
Her lost Messiah see;
And bind Thy Church to Thee.
