repentance by Whom the forth fruits meet for repen

love of God is shed abroad in our hearts, Who helpest all our infirmities, and Who Thyself makest intercession for us with groanings unutterable,

Holy Spirit, have mercy upon us, and strengthen us.

Thou who convincest the world of sin, of righteousness, and judgment, and Who purifiest our hearts by faith,

Holy Spirit, have mercy upon us, and strengthen us.

O Thou who killest, and makest alive, Who bringest down to the grave, and bringest up, Who healest those that are broken in heart, and givest medicine to heal their sickness,

Almighty God, have mercy upon us, and spare us.

O God, the gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, Who repentest Thee of the evil,

Almighty God, have mercy upon us, and spare us.

In the day of tribulation and anguish, and of thy awful judgments,

Good Lord, deliver us. We sinners do beseech Thee to hear us, and that it may please to give us true repentance, that condemning ourselves we may escape thy condemnation, and bring

tance.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That as we have yielded our members servants to uncleanness unto iniquity, so now we may yield them servants to righteousness unto holiness.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we may live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That we may chastise our bodies, and bring them into subjection, that sin reign not in our mortal bodies.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That loving neither the world, nor the things that are in the world, we be not conformed to it, but transformed by the renewing of our mind.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That as true members of Christ, we crucify our flesh with its affections and lusts.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That no corrupt communication proceed out of our mouth, but such as is good.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That we may count all things but loss for Christ. We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That through the many tribulations of this world Thou vouchsafe us an entrance into the Kingdom of God.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

Lamb of God, that takest away the sins of the world, Spare us, O Lord.

We beseech Thee to hear Christ. us, good Lord.

That we never despise the riches of thy goodness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, but that coming boldly to the throne of grace, we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That putting on the whole armour of God, we may be able to resist the wiles of the Devil.

We beseech Thee to hear us, good Lord.

That we may work out our own salvation with fear and trembling, and, being dead to sin, may live unto righte

ousness.

Lamb of God, that takest
away the sins of the world,
Have mercy upon us.
O Christ hear us.
O Christ graciously hear us.
Let us pray.

Then may be said an Inter-
cessory, or other Prayer, at
the discretion of the Master.
After which may be said the
final Benediction, or as fol-
lows to the end.

Lord have mercy upon us.
Christ have mercy upon us.
Lord have mercy upon us.
