No. 3. MORNING VISITING DRESS. Azure-blue poult de soie robe, the corsage high and close, is trimmed with a pelerine lappel bordered with fringe to correspond. Long tight sleeves. The centre of the corsage and skirt is decorated with brandebourgs of a novel form. Chapeau of a new white fancy material, a round open shape; trimmed in the interior with blue flowers and white ribbon.

No. 4. MORNING DRESS.-Robe of reddishbrown cashmere, a high corsage draped in folds at the sides. Sleeves a three-quarter length, of easy width, over large cambric ones. Deep-blue satin capote; the material is laid on full, and the fulness confined in flutings by bands of blue velvet; the interior is lined with white satin, and trimmed with yellow flowers and velvet brides.

No. 5. MORNING DRESS. Buff-coloured levantine robe, the corsage and front of the skirt trimmed with an échelle, each band terminated by a black button. Cardinal pelerine, trimmed with three rows of velvet. Sleeve a three-quarter. length; deep cuff, decorated with velvet and buttons. Cambric under sleeves. Green satin chapeau; a round shape, lined with white satin; the interior trimmed with white lace, and white brides; the exterior with green ribbon. SECOND PLATE.

No. 1.-EVENING DRESS. White crape robe over poult de soie; a low corsage, draped in full folds, in the demi-cœur form; short sleeve, composed of folds, and looped nearly to the shoulder: a bouquet of crimson geranium decorates the centre of the breast: the skirt is ornamented with tucks. The hair is partially covered by a net-work of coral beads, in which some sprigs of marine plants are placed.

Black lace canezou descending in front in sharp ends; it opens on the bosom with a lace revers, and is trimmed round the pelerze part with a double fall of lace. No. 5. MORNING DRESS. - Dark grey silk robe; a high corsage, close fitting, and descending in the stomacher form, deep, and rounded in front; the front of the corsage is covered with rows of effile of the colours of the robe. A small pelerine of two falls, opening on the bosom, is trimmed with effile: the skirt is ornamented from the bottom nearly to the hips, with rows of it placed close to each other. Long tight sleeves; cambric cuffs. Deep blue velvet chapeau, around open brim, lined with white satin, and trimmed in the interior with white ribbon and brides, The exterior is decorated with velvet ribbon, and a black lace voilette tied under the chin.

No. 6. PUBLIC PROMENADE DRESS.-Dark fawn-coloured silk robe; a high corsage, tight to the shape, and trimmed in the stomacher form with passementerie of the same colour, and of a new and very rich pattern. The front of the skirt is similarly decorated. Sleeve rather more than a three-quarter length, tight, and hollowed at the bottom, displaying a very full cambric under-sleeve. White satin chapers, a round moderately open shape: the interior trimmed with close coques of ribbon and white brides; the exterior with tetes de plumes and white brides. Cashmere shawls.

silver buckle in the centre of each. The same style of trimming is continued down the sides of the front of the skirt. The sleeve is a threequarter length, over a cambric one. Grey velvet chapeau; a round open brim, lined with pink satin, and trimmed with lace and pink brides. The exterior is decorated with velvet ribbon, and a drooping bouquet of feathers at each side, both to correspond.

No. 7. HOME DRESS.-Spring silk robe, striped in two shades of green; the corsage No. 2. HOME DRESS.-Rose-coloured taf- high at the back, and opening in a square form feta robe; corsage Amazone, opening very low; on the bosom-is trimmed on each side with the lappels large at the top, and small at the bot-butterfly bows of black velvet ribbon, having a tom: the lower part of the corsage is moderately open; the upper, very much so, fully displays a richly embroidered muslin chemisette, made up to the throat: the lappels are bordered with point d'Alençon, and the lace is continued down the front of the skirt, on robings forming a tablier. Demi-long sleeve, of an easy width. Lace ruffle. Lace cap, a small, close shape, decorated with roses, bands of pink ribbon, and floating brides. Black lace mittens. No. 3. EVENING DRESS. - Blue poult de soie robe; a low corsage, tight to the shape, round at top, and deeply pointed at bottom; the bosom is delicately shaded by a lace tucker, drawn high round it: the corsage is trimmed with three falls of lace, descending to the bend of the arm, and each ornamented with a knot of ribbon in the centre of the breast. Short sleeve, trimmed with a double fall of lace. The hair is decorated with flowers.

No. 4. DEMI-TOILETTE. Straw-coloured taffeta robe; the corsage-partially high at the top-opens en V on the bosom; the sleeves are a three-quarter length, over long muslin ones, embroidered and trimmed with lace; the taffeta
