GLORY be to God on high,

God whofe glory fills the sky; Peace on earth to man forgiv'n, Man the well-belov'd of heav'n.

Sov'reign Father, heav'nly King,
Thee we now prefume to fing;
Glad thine attributes confefs,
Glorious all and numberlefs.

Hail, by all thy works ador'd!
Hail, the everlasting Lord!

Thee with thankful hearts we prove,
Lord of pow'r, and God of love!

IV.

Christ our Lord and God we own,
Chrift the Father's only Son;
Lamb of God for finner's flain,

Saviour of offending man.

V.

Pow'rful Advocate with God,

Juftify us by thy blood;

Bow thine ear, in mercy bow,
Hear, the world's atonement thou.

HOU dear Redeemer, dying Lamb!
We love to hear of Thee:

No mufic, like thy lovely name,
Does found fe fweet to me!
O may we ever hear thy voice
In mercy to us speak!

And in our Priest will we rejoice,
Thou great Melchifedec!

II.

Our Jefus fhall be still our theme,
While in this world we stay;
We'll fing our Jefu's lovely name,
When all things elfe decay:
When we appear in yonder cloud,

With all his favour'd throng,
Then will we fing more fweet, more loud,
And Jefus be our song.

LOW ye the trumpet, blow
The gladly folemn found;

Let all the nations know

To earth's remotest bound, The year of jubilee is come; Return, ye ranfom'd finners, home!

Extol the Lamb of God,

The great-atoning Lamb! Redemption in his blood

Throughout the world proclaim; The year of jubilee is come; Return, ye ranfom'd finners, home!

III.

Ye who have fold for nought
Your heritage above,
Shall have it back unbought,
The gift of Jefu's love;
The year of jubilee is come;
Return, ye ransom'd finners, home!

IV.

Ye flaves of fin and hell,

Your liberty receive;

And fafe in Jefus dwell,

And bleft in Jefus live;

The year of jubilee is come;

Return, ye ranfom'd finners, home!

V.

The gospel trumpet hear,

The news of heav'nly grace; Ye happy fouls draw near, Behold your Saviour's face; The year of jubilee is come; Return to your eternal home.

RETHREN, let us join to bless Jefus Chrift our joy and peace: Let our praise to him be giv❜n, High at God's right-hand in heav'n!

II.

Master, fee, to Thee we bow;
Thou art Lord, and only Thou,
Thou, the bleffed Virgin's feed,
Glory of thy church and head.

III.

Thee, the angels ceafelefs fing,
Thee, we praise our Priest and King;
Worthy is thy name of praise,
Full of glory, full of grace!

IV.

Thou haft the glad tidings brought
Of falvation by Thee wrought!
Wrought for all thy church; and we
Worship in their company.

V.

We, thy little flock, adore

Thee, the Lord, for evermore:

Ever with us fhew thy love,

Till we join with those above.

"O! ev'ry one that thirfts, draw nigh,

Mercy and free falvation buy,

Buy wine and milk and gospel grace.

II.

Come to the living waters, come,
Sinners, obey your Maker's voice;
Return, ye weary wanderers home,
And in redeeming love rejoice.

See, from the rock, a fountain rife!
For you in healing ftreams it rolls;
