Till my Deliv'rer come,

O what hath JESUS bought for me! Before my ravish'd Eyes, Rivers of +Life divine I fee, And Trees of Paradife ! I fee a World of Spirits bright, Who tafte the Pleafures there! They all are rob'd in spotlefs White, And conqu'ring Palms they bear. IV.
O what are all my Suff'rings here, If, LORD, Thou count me meet, With that enraptur'd Hoft t' appear, And worship at thy Feet!
Give Joy or Grief, give Eafe or Pain, Take Life and Friends away! But let me find them all again, In that eternal Day!
UT of the Depth of Self-Defpair
Help us, O LORD, to cry
Our Mis'ry mark, attend our Prayer, And bring Salvation nigh.
If Thou art rig'roufly fevere, Who may the Teft abide ! O where fhall finful Man appear! Or how be juftified !
But O! Forgiveness is with Thee,* That Sinners may adore, With filial Fear thy Goodness fee, And never grieve Thee more. IV.
Ye faithful Souls, confide in GoD, Mercy with him remains, Plenteous Redemption in his Blood, To wash out all your Stains. V.
His Ifrael himself fhall clear,. From all their Sins redeem: The LORD our Righteousness is near, And we are Juft in Him.+
LEST is the Man, and none but He, Who walks not with ungodly Men,
Nor ftands their evil Deeds to fee, Nor fits the Innocent t' arraign, The Perfecutor's Guilt to fhare, Oppreffive in the Scorner's Chair.

Obedience is his pure Delight.
To do the Pleafure of his LORD, His Exercife by Day and Night
To fearch his Soul-converting Word The * Law of Liberty to prove, The perfect Law of Life and Love, III.
Faft by the Streams of Paradife, He as a pléafant Plant fhall grow: The Tree of Righteoufnefs fhall rife, And all his blooming Honours fhew Spread out his Boughs and flourish fair, And Fruitt unto Perfection bear.
His verdant Leaf fhall never fade, His Works of Faith shall never cease His happy Toil fhall all fucceed
Whom God Himself Delights to bless: But no Succefs th' Ungodly find, Scatter'd like Chaff before the Wind. V.
No Portion and no Place have they With those whom GOD vouchfafes t'approve: Caft in the dreadful Judgment Day,
Who trample on the SAVIOUR's Love, Who Here their Bleeding LORD || deny, Shall perish, and for ever die.

JESU, lover of my Soul,
Let me to thy Bofom fly, While the nearer Waters roll, While the Tempeft ftill is high; Hide me, O my SAVIOUR, hide, Till the Storm of Life is past: Safe into the Haven guide, O receive my Soul at last!.
Other Refuge have I none,, Hangs my Helpless Soul on Thee, Leave, ah! leave me not alone, Still fupport and comfort me: All my Trufton Thee is ftay'd, All mine Help from Thee I bring, Cover my defenceless Head

HOU GOD of glorious Majefty! To Thee, against Myfelf, to Thee A Worm of Earth I cry :
