29 And he called his name † Noah, saying, This fame shall comfort us concerning our work, and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.

30 And Lamech lived after he begat Noah, five hundred ninety and five yeers, and begat fonnes and daughters.

31 And all the dayes of Lamech, were seven hundred seventy and seven yeers, and he died. 32 And Noch was five hundred yeers old: and Noah begat Sem, Ham, and Japheth.

GENESIS.

I Noah with his family, and the living creatures, enter into the Ark. 17 The veginning, increase, and continuance of the flood.

Nd the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the Ark: for thee have I seen righteous before men in this generation.

2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to Heb. leven thee † by sevens, the male and his female, and of beasts that are not clean, by two, the male and his female.

13 And it came to passe in the fix hundreth and one year, in the first moneth, the first day of the moneth, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the Ark, and looked, and behold, the face of the ground was dry.

14 And in the second moneth, on the seven and twentieth day of the moneth was the earth dried.

19 Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon Families. the earth, after their † kinds, went forth out of the Ark.

Ow these are the generations of the fons of Noah, Shem, Ham and Japhet: and

unto them were fons born after the flood.

2 The fons of * Japhet; Gomer and Magog, and Midai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Mesnech, and Tiras.

3 And the fons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah. 4 And the fons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish Kittim, and Dodanim.

5 By these were the Isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands, every one after his tongue: after their families in their nations.

6 And the fons of Ham: Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.

7 And the fons of Cush: Sheba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtecha: and the fons of Raamah Sheba and Dedan.

25 * And unto Eber were born two fons : the name of one was Peleg, for in his dayes 2, 19. was the earth divided, and his brothers name was foktan.

26 And Joktan begat Almodad, and sheleph, and Hazarmaveth and Jerah,

27 And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah, 28 And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba, 29 And Ophir, and Havilah, and Iobab:all these were the fons of Ioktan.

30 And their dwelling was from Mesha,as thou goeft unto Sephar, a mount of the East.

31 These are the fons of Shem, after ther families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.
