IN printing a second and concluding Volume of Sermons preached in the Chapel of Winchester College, I should not have felt it necessary to add a word in the way of Preface, if it were not that there is a subject, nearly connected with all public schools, and with Winchester as much as with any, - and not unconnected with their religious well-being, -respecting which I am desirous to say a few words; I mean the subject of fagging.
