Enable us to exercise an unwaverfaith in Christ. Thou hast declared elf well pleased in the Son of thy love: us to commit our souls into his ghty protection, believing that he is to keep that which we commit unto against that day. Then may we, pud from an evil conscience by the blood Jesus, and clothed with the robe of his ifying righteousness, be admitted to sit n at the marriage supper of the Lamb. 1 looking for and hastening to the joy glory set before us, may we run h patience the race of godliness; may resign our whole selves, body, soul, spirit, unto thee; and be determined t in thy strength we will serve thee thfully, and walk closely with thee in all nner of obedience.

HYMN

For Saturday Morning.
Thanks be unto God for the gift,
Th' unspeakable gift of his love!
Come sinners, let gratitude lift
Our joyful affections above!
This gift ev'ry other outweighs;

Its value we cannot conceive;
The Gospel its riches displays,

And blessed are they that believe.
How wretched and lost was our case,
By nature and practice undone !
To save us, oh wonder of grace,

The Father withheld not his Son!
He gave Him, the just for the vile,
To die that we rebels might live :
In Him he is pleased to smile,

And faithful and just to forgive,
