ISU, great Shepherd of the Sheep, To thee for help we fly : For O the wolf is nigh ! Jesu, 2 He comes of hellish malice full, To scatter, tear, and say: As his own lawful prey. And gather with thy arm ! The wolf can never harm. While by our Shepherd's fide : Unless he first divide. The souls that here agree! And keep us one in thee ! 6 Together let us sweetly live! Together let us die! And reign above the sky.
