From whence you now are driv❜n.

And may your Souls, in Chrift renew'd,
Find him a faithful Friend:
May he remember you for good,
And Love you to the End.

At our Redeemer's Feaft,

Where all the Saints our Souls fhall meet
In everlasting Reft.

AMEN! thou ever-living God,

Haften the Seafon near,

HYMN IX.

NOME my Brethren, Ifrael's Race,
And hear me blefs my King,

Hear me my beloved Praise,

My Jefus do I Sing;

Neither hear my Song alone,

But help! O help me to proclaim, Jefus our Creator's Son,

Jefus that lovely Name.

Others fing their Time away,
Who Jefus never knew ;
Ought not we to pass our Day

In Joy and Singing too?
Others, have they caufe to blefs?

The Children of the King have more
They have Chrift, their Righteoufnefs!
Their Glory, Peace and Pow'r.

Bow thy Throne, thou Son of God!
And with a living Coal
From the Altar, ftain'd with Blood,
Infpire each drowsy Soul.
Slaughter'd Lamb, who, who can fhew,
Or fully who can fing thy Praise ?
Lord, we fail in Hymns below,
Teach teach us heav'nly Lays.

HYMN X.

Chriftien Union.

ESUS, thy Name is sweet to me,
For Worlds I wou'd not part from Thee,

Of

Of all the Names in Heaven above,
There's none so sweet as thine, my Love.

In Thee, immortal beauties fhine,
In Thee, th' united Brethren join,
In Thee, all ranfom'd Souls delight,
Ie Thee, thy Peoples Hearts unite.

Thou art our God! and thou alone,
May we in Spirit all be one!
One with each other let us be,
And one with Chrift eternally.

The World may all in pieces break,
And Heaven and Earth endure a Wreck:
The Church of Chrift for ever stands,
Immoveable in Jefu's Hands.

R

Anfom'd Captives, gladly raise
Ceafelefs Hymns of Joy and Praife,

Wafted on the Wings of Love,
Join the heav'nly Choirs above.

Praise the Lamb, who lately bled,
View him cloath'd in Robes of red :
See how fresh his Wounds appear,
Now he brings Forgiveness near,
We, in Sin fo lately Dead,
Now arife in Christ our Head,
We in heavenly Places fit,
All our Crowns lie at his Feet..

Now

Now we Live, we Live anew,
Fill'd with Peace and Comfort too;
Ever crying in our Prayer,
Lord, how flow thy Chariots are!

OVELY, loving Lamb of God,
Thou haft bought us with thy Blood,

By thy Grace in Thee we live,
Clofe unto each other cleave..

Here we join each Heart and Hand,
Refolved by thy cause to ftand;
In thy Strength let us go on,
Trampling Sin and Satan down.

Strengthen'd by his Love we ftand,
None can pluck us from his Hand
In his Arms we fleep fecure,
To the End we fhall endure.

Let us never! never! part,
But continue one in Heart,
Bear Reproach, defpifing fhame,
Foll'wers of the bleeding Lamb..

May we all united be,
In the Bonds of Unity,
Loving, teachable and mild,.
Humble as a little Child.

Grant

Grant us, Lord, one mind, one way
Keep us, left we run aftray,
Sweetly let us Live and Die,
All together reign on High.

F Jefus is yours,

You have a true Friend,
Whose goodness endures
The fame to the End:
Your Tempers may vary,
Your Comforts decline,
You cannot miscarry,
Your Aid is divine.

Be perfect in Love,

And caft off all Fear,
Your Hearts are above,
Your Treafures are there,
When fiery Temptations
Encompass you round,
The fweet Confolations
Of Jefus abound.

Then who fhall advance
The Song of the Lamb,
Can Angels enhance,
The worth of his Name;
Let every Believer,
Inceffantly Praise,
The bountiful giver
Of Glory and Grace.
