MINISTERS. 127 FATHER of mercies, bow Thine ear, 2 Cloth'd with an energy Divine, 128 LORD, cause Thy face on us to shine; 2 O King of Salem, Prince of Peace! Thy sov'reign power impart, 5 Show our forgetful feet the way There knowledge grows without decay, H 131 SPIRIT of the living God, Where'er the foot of man hath trod, 2 Give tongues of fire, and hearts of love, Souls without strength inspire with might; 4 Baptize the nations; far and nigh Till every kindred call Him Lord! 132 COME, Holy Spirit, God of might, And Comforter of all; 2 O Holy Spirit, guide aright All preachers of Thy Word, 3 Depart not from Thy pastors, Lord, 4 Convert all those that are our foes 133 THOU that hear'st when sinners cry, Though all my crimes before Thee lie, Behold them not with angry look, But blot their mem'ry from Thy book! 2 Then will I teach the world Thy ways; Sinners shall learn Thy sov'reign grace: I'll lead them to my Saviour's blood, And they shall praise a pard'ning God. 3 O may Thy love inspire my tongue!
