Living in God's Kingdom on EarthMature believers typically desire to accomplish the will of God for their lives and want to do the works of Jesus. However, they see limited opportunities and little fruit born of their efforts. This insightful book gives a fresh perspective to those wanting to yield themselves and do the works of Jesus. Its direct application of the Bible to daily living is bold. Get ready to be challenged: You have been fully enabled to do the works of Jesus! Now what? Your motives and intentions are good. Why is there no fruit to show for your works? How does God lead me? Are you reacting to situations or are you responding in a disciplined, Godly way? Living in God's Kingdom on Earth will bring to light several critical concepts for believers and explain the Biblical basis for the principles behind them. Charles R. Thomas, known simply as "Bob," is passionate about bringing believers to a higher level of relationship with God. He recognizes God's hand on his life as a Bible teacher, wanting to share with others his knowledge and experience in lay ministry. Bob has been active in church ministry and personal lay ministry for over thirty years, holding a wide variety of lay ministry positions. His personal ministry has helped to change lives in dramatic ways. Bob is active in home Bible study groups and is the Program Director at his local Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International chapter. Bob has a deep conviction about believers doing the works of Jesus, Whose life is our example. Bob is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. He holds a B.S. in Science & Medical Technology from the University of Tennessee. Bob and his wife Lee reside in Cumming, Georgia. |
