Does God Truly Exist?

Portada
Baal Hamon, 2006 - 360 páginas
Archbishop Akinola, Primate of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), commends this book as a "valuable material for anyone tired of dodging the questions." Indeed, it is one book that has "raised a fathom of questions," as yet another Bishop - a PhD-holder - observes in the foreword. However, the tact with which the author resolves many of these questions is scholarly and engaging. The author writes with confidence and his arguments are intelligent and highly persuasive: facts and their interpretations are presented in a style that is approachable, digestible and amenable to reading by a wide audience. Ordinarily, one might think of it as a book for those who are in doubt of God's existence. Of course, it is. But it will be more applicable to those who are sure that God exists and who believe they are worshiping the true and living God. "Who really is the true and living God" and "how best can one relate with God" are the ultimate quests of the book. Drawing answers from science, religion and philosophy, the author has contrived a rare blend "that will plausibly challenge every mind." No wonder a Baptist minister recommends it "to all people no matter their religious persuasions." It is certainly an intellectual masterpiece.
