We again invite communications, suited to the plan of these volumes, either original, or felected from Provincial Papers that may escape our hotice. A few articles, not of a temporary nature, that were fent for this volume, have been deferred till the next, for want of room. In turning over various files of Newfpapers, &c. for the purpose of our Collection, it will, no doubt, fometimes happen, that we may transcribe an article from a publication, and of courfe quote fuch publication as our authority, though the article, in fact, may not have originated there, but been copied from fome contemporary A 2 |
