EDITOR'S NOTICE TO THE SUBSCRIBERS.

THE Editor begs permission to urge upon the consideration of his Subscribers, who desire to
see the happy completion of the series, which has now, through the protection of the Immaculate
Mother of God, and the generosity of some kind benefactors, reached a second number-that the
completion they desire, may be very effectively promoted by themselves. The families of Noe
when they ceased to understand each other left off building their tower; while the Israelites,
under Moses, built their Tabernacle of Glory, and under Solomon, their Temple, by being united
and by working with one heart. The people, young and old, who require instruction, are perfectly
well able to buy their own books, and they should be taught that it is their duty to do so. By
patient perseverance also, in gathering small sums at a time, all that is desired may be effected.
The Editor will be at all times happy to attend to any communication that has reference to
the work, and to the extension of its circulation.
