(1) That in the prayer at the end of the Office, line 6 (page 304 of the Prayer Book) the petition be amended, so that it will read: "Grant, we beseech thee, most merciful Father, that she, through thy help, may faithfully live according to thy will in this life, and also may be," etc. XIII. VISITATION OF THE SICK ESOLVED: The House of Bishops (the House of Deputies) concurring: That the Order for the Visitation of the Sick be amended to read as follows, and that the Order, as amended, be made known to the several Dioceses in order that it may be adopted by the next General Convention in accordance with the provisions of Article X of the Constitution. THE ORDER FOR THE VISITATION OF THE SICK The following service, or any part thereof, may be used at the discretion of the Minister. When any person is sick, notice shall be given thereof to the Minister of the Parish; who, coming into the sick person's presence, shall say, PEACE be to this house, and all that dwell in it. ¶After which he shall say the Antiphon following, and, according to his discretion, one of the Penitential Psalms (6, 32, 38, 51, 102, 130, 143).
