And I looked, and behold a pale horse; and his name that sat on him was Death. and hell followed with him: ant power was given unto them ove the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Rev. xx, 18-15. And the sea gara up the dead which were in it; a death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every ma according to their works. A death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the secon death. And whosoever was t found written in the book of Ea was cast into the lake of fire.
