To facilitate the Acquisition of Scriptural o -
irteenth day of November, A. D. 1822, in ge forty-seventh year of the Independence the United States of America, HERVEY WILBUR, A. M. of the said District, hath N. deposited in this office the title of a book, do the right whereof he claims as Author, in Awords following, to wit:—“The New Testament of or Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ: with References and (Key Sheet of Questions, Historical, Doctrinal, and Pracical; designed to facilitate the acquisition of scriptural knowledge in Bible Classes, Sunday Schools, Common Schools, and Private Families. By Hervey Wilbur, A. M.” In conformity to the Act of the Congress of the United States, entitled, “An Act for the Encouragement of Learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts, and Books, to the authors and proprietors of such copies, during the times therein mentioned”—And also to an act, entitled, “An act supplementary to an act, entitled, “An Act for the
Charts, and Books, to the authors and proprietors of such copies during the times therein mentioned;” and extending the benefits thereof to the Arts of designing, engraving, and etching historical and other prints.” JOHN W. DAVIS, Clerk of the District of JMassachusetts.
