GOD's majesty confess, On high His power proclaim : All angels, join to bless The Lord's most holy name : And firmament, With one consent, His praise rehearse. Warble His praises forth, Ye works of His right hand: Ye worlds, that into birth Started at His command. Ye heavens on high, With clouds, that throng The lower sky. He spake, and ye were made, And are in being staid, Yea! praise Him, fire, and flood, Ye cedar trees, And to the breeze, Ye warblers of the wood, Rulers of royal birth, Judges of high degree, His praise proclaim, And tell His name, The wide world o'er.
