Nevertheless, these that chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; or divide the hoof, but chew not the cud; these are unclean unto you. Ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase. These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales. Of all clean birds shall ye eat. Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself. Neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field. And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and bring you into the bond of the

He that killeth an ox, is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, is as if he cut off a dog's neck.

THE WORDS OF JESUS, IN THE FOUR BOOKS
OF THE NEW TESTAMENT,

Thou shalt not swear.

Verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and teach men so, he shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

This do and thou shalt live.

If a man keep my saying he shall never see death.

It is written in the Song of Solomon, 4th chap. 12th ver.---"A garden enclosed, is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed." This text shews to Israel that God has some hidden things in store, and these he has kept secret from man until now; which agrees with the words of Daniel, 12th chap. 9th ver."
