Sunday Evening.

Lord, have mercy upon us.

Christ, have mercy upon us.

Lord, have mercy upon us.

TOLY, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, accept our praise for hast given us by Thy preventing and restraining grace. Forgive all our failings in Thy service, our imperfect reverence, and our wanderings in prayer. Follow with Thy blessing, we beseech Thee, the teaching of Thy Word this day; and further whatever good resolutions and holy desires Thy Spirit has put into our hearts. And now, O Lord, we commend to Thy keeping and guidance ourselves, our souls and bodies, our thoughts and prayers, our words and works, our life and our death. We commend to Thee our kindred and friends, our country and all Christendom. Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of hosts, heaven and earth are full of Thy glory. Amen.

Let us bless the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
Let us praise and exalt the Lord for ever.

(To be said by all together.)

Thee we praise, Thee we adore, Thee we glorify, O Blessed Trinity. O Holy and Undivided Trinity, have mercy upon us.

GOD, of infinite mercy, we grieve for love of Thee that we have so often wandered from Thy ways. We would love Thee with our whole heart and never again offend Thee. We beseech Thee give unto us the continual increase of Thy grace, and direct and inspire all our thoughts, words, and actions to Thy glory. May we delight in all things to do Thy holy Will, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Amen.

UR Father, Which art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name.

heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; But deliver us from evil. Amen.

(Hymn of Praise, to be said by all together.)

OW with heart and voice let us thank God, at Whose word

heavens and the earth, and gave life to all creatures. All praise be to Thee, O God, Who hast created us anew in Christ Jesus. Perfect within us Thy new creation. Breathe into us the life from above, that at last in the new heavens and the new earth we may see Thy open glory, and may praise Thee for ever. Amen.

CHRIST, Who through Thy death hast opened for us the gate of everlasting life, grant that, rising above our infirmities and the evils of this sinful world, we may advance daily towards our heavenly inheritance. Amen.

In My Father's House are many mansions; I go to prepare a place for you.

Jerusalem is a quiet habitation; a tabernacle that shall not be taken down.

Not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, nor any of the cords thereof be broken.

Neither death nor sorrow shall enter therein.

And there shall be no more pain.

There is the fulness of peace, and rest from every care.
And the song of praise never ceaseth by night or by day.

O Lord, make us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the Saints in light.

M the wisdom of the Son teach and enlighten us; may the

influence of the Holy Ghost renew and quicken us. And the blessing of the Everlasting and All-Holy Trinity be with us all, for evermore. Amen.

Monday Morning.

(To be said by all together.)

GOD, Who knowest our secret thoughts and the evil that is hidden within us, help us to unburden our hearts of all that we know to be wrong, and to cast it out from us. Forgive us our often want of truth in word and deed, our unchecked tempers, our selfishness and self-will; and grant us grace that henceforth we may resist sin, and serve Thee better, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

GOD, Who art a God of pity and mercy, and hast patiently borne with our many failures and faults, purify us, we beseech Thee, from whatever is base or unworthy, that loving Thee from the ground of our hearts we may amend our lives, and by Thy grace may persevere unto the end. Amen.

Praise the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me praise His holy Name.

Who forgiveth all thy sins, and healeth all thine infirmities.

With the Lord there is mercy, and with Him is plenteous redemption.

Thanks be to Thee, O God!

AGAIN, O Lord, we thank Thee for the mercies of another

night. We lay down and slept; we rose up again, for Thou didst sustain us. Grant that the powers of body and mind, which Thou hast renewed, may continually be engaged in Thy service; and enable us, O Lord, to be of use and comfort to all who need our help. Make us diligent and watchful in our daily work; and whether it be easy or difficult, of choice or of constraint, may we do it cheerfully and willingly, because Thou hast appointed it for us. May the sense of Thy Presence direct and uplift our endeavours, and keep us faithful and calm in all we have to do; until, having finished the work Thou hast given us here, we enter into Thy rest, through the merits of Thy dear Son, our Saviour and Redeemer. Amen.

Thou, O Lord, dost enlighten the face of the earth,
And bringest back the day.

Man goeth forth to his work, and to his labour, until the evening.

Let us work while it is day, for the night cometh. As faithful and wise servants, may we do the Master's Will, For we know not what hour our Lord doth come. Blessed is that servant whom his Lord, when He cometh, shall find so doing.

UR Father, Which art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; But deliver us from evil. Amen.

COLLECT FOR THE DAY.

GOD, Who Thyself art Love, and hast called us in Christ to love and unity, we pray Thee so to move our hearts by Thy Holy Spirit, that with all humility and gentleness we may minister to others, for His sake, Who out of pure love, and in great humility, came to minister to us. Amen.

Let us follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith we may edify one another,

For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God.

MOST

[OST merciful Father, Who grantest the prayers of Thy children for one another, we beseech Thee for all who are in tribulation, and who need Thy comfort. Give Thy succour to the sick and the dying; help the poor; refresh the sorrowful; provide for the forsaken; and lift up those that are in despair. Send them constant patience or speedy deliverance, as Thou seest best for them and most according to their needs. O Lord, pity, and pardon, and sanctify, and save us all, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

MAY

AY God Almighty bless us, and of His mercy vouchsafe to defend us from all evil. May His Presence and His Love sustain us throughout this day. Amen.

TH

Monday Evening.

THANKS be to Thee, O God of infinite goodness, for all Thy mercies bestowed upon us this day, and through our whole life. Praise and glory be to Thee, for ever and ever.

Amen.

GOD, Who, in making the night to succeed the day, hast

safe Thy rest, and in our weakness give us strength. Grant us refreshing sleep; and guard our souls, O Lord, that as sleep is a rest from toil, so it may be to us a rest from temptation and all that is evil, through Jesus Christ. Amen.

Thou, O God, hast placed the Sun in the heavens to rule the day;

And hast given the moon and the stars to govern the night.

May Thy Word be a lamp unto our feet, by night and by day; That we may cast off the works of darkness.

For the entrance of Thy words giveth light;

And the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

UR Father, Which art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name.

FATHER of spirits, receive our thanks and praise for the souls of Thy faithful servants who rest in peace with Thee. Grant that we may follow them now in all godly living, and may be partakers with them of life everlasting, through their Lord and our Lord, Thy Son Jesus Christ, Who is blessed for ever. Amen.
