43 L Psalm LXXXIV. ORD of the worlds above, My heart aspires, 2 O happy souls that pray, Where God appoints to hear! O happy men that pay Their constant service there! And happy they That love the way To Zion's hill. 3 They go from strength to strength, Through this dark vale of tears, Till each arrives at length, Till each in heaven appears. O glorious seat, When God our King Shall thither bring Our willing feet! 44 4 God is our sun and shield, GR On Jacob's race His special grace RATEFUL notes and numbers bring, Holy, holy, holy Lord, Be Thy glorious name adored! 2 Though unworthy of Thine ear, Still our hallelujahs hear : 3 4 Purer praise we hope to bring, Lead us to that blissful state Where Thou reign'st supremely great; Look with pity from Thy throne, While on earth ordained to stay, : 5 Then in joyful songs of praise D 45 46 C NOME, let us join our cheerful songs 2 "Worthy the Lamb that died," they cry, Worthy the Lamb," our lips reply, 3 Jesus is worthy to receive Honour and power divine; And blessings more than we can give 4 Let all creation join in one, Of Him that sits upon the throne, YE E servants of God, your Master proclaim, 2 God ruleth on high, almighty to save; 3 Salvation to God, who sits on the throne, Let all cry aloud, and honour the Son; 4 47 Our Saviour's great praises the angels proclaim, Fall down on their faces, and worship the Lamb. Then let us adore, and give Him His right, All glory, and power, and wisdom, and might; All honour and blessing, with angels above, And thanks never-ceasing for infinite love. ORD, dismiss us with Thy blessing, LORD, us with Travelling through this wilderness. 2 Thanks we give and adoration With us evermore be found. 3 So whene'er the signal's given, Reign with Christ in endless day. 48 Y God, and is Thy table spread, MY And doth Thy cup with love o'erflow? Thither be all Thy children led, And let them all its sweetness know. 2 Hail, sacred feast, which Jesus makes, Rich banquet of His flesh and blood! Thrice happy he who here partakes That sacred stream, that heavenly food. 3 O let Thy table honoured be, 49 And furnished well with joyful guests: That here its sacred pledges tastes.
