MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND SATURDAY MORNINGS.
All standing, the head of the family (or the priest or deacon, if present) says:
. O Lord, open Thou our lips.
Ry. And our mouth shall shew forth Thy praise.
. O God, make speed to save us.
Ry. O Lord, make haste to help us.
. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy
Ry. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Then he says one of the following Psalms:·
Why art thou so vexed, O my soul and why art thou so disquieted within me?
O put thy trust in God: for I will yet thank Him, which is the help of my countenance, and my God.
Comfort in prayer and public worship amid tribulation.
IKE as the hart desireth the
