PROMENADE DRESS.-A black poplin petticoat, | in square dents; the upper part of the bodice bordered with a quilling of green silk, which is box-pleated in the centre. A green silk tunic, low bodice, and short sleeves, trimmed with black velvet. The tunic is cut out at the edge and the long sleeves are of black poplin. A Mantille bonnet made of black silk, trimmed with black and white Cluny lace, and decorated with a rose at the side. (239) |
