The vision of dry bones.-Ezek. xxxvii. 1, &c. CAUGHT by the Almighty hand, 1 That Spirit of the Lord, Carried beyond myself I stand, A witness of his word; I mark Ezekiel's valley fill'd 2 With visionary bones! Many are they and dry, 3 Can these dry bones perceive Or Christian infidels retrieve All-good, almighty Lord, Thou know'st thine own design, 4 Now for thy mercy's sake Send forth to prophecy Thy chosen messenger, And Thou the gospel word apply, 5 And force the world to hear.
