No member shall draw more than two volumes at a time. He shall not retain a book longer than two weeks without renewal, nor longer than four weeks without a special dispensation from the Society; and every member shall incur a penalty of five cents per week for each volume which is retained after the time specified above for retaining books of the Library-BY-LAWS, SEC. 8.
