A The Lord our God and Saviour !.
The token of his favour..
A while to mortais given,
By flaming steeds to heaven.
And prostrate fall before him ;
Where all his hosts adore him.
With joyful acclammation,
The God of our salvation.
They shall on earth inherit
Of his descending spirit.
Shall rest on each believer:
Who lives and reigns for ever. .

And still we sit before thy feet,
And triumph in thy glory.
Hath parted us asunder.
And shout our loving wonder.

With half his angel train:
The strong and mighty Lord..
To claim his just reward:

JEHOVAH is his name:
Of earth and heaven receive,
With God again may live:

And wide unfold the radiant scene; He claims these mansions as his right :
Receive the King of Glory in. 4.“ Who is the King of Glory, who?”
The Lord that all his foes o'ercame, The world, sin, death and helt o'erthrew
And Jesus is the conqueror's name. 5. Lo! his triumphal chariot waits,

The Lord of boundless power possest,
God over all, for ever blest!
