song shall be alway of the loving kindness of the Lord: with my mouth will I ever be shewing forth thy truth, from one generation to another.

O Lord, the very heavens shall praise thy wondrous works: and thy truth in the congregation of the saints.

For who is he among the clouds : that shall be compared unto the Lord?

And what is he among the gods that shall be like unto the Lord?

God is very greatly to be feared in the council of the saints and to be had in reverence of all them that are round about him.

O Lord God of hosts, who is like unto thee? Thy truth, most mighty Lord, is on every side.

Righteousness and equity are the habitation of thy seat mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

E merciful unto me, O God, for man goeth about to devour me he is daily fighting and troubling me.

Bass.-Mine enemies are daily in hand to swallow me up for they be many that fight against me, O thou most Highest.

Nevertheless though I am sometime afraid : yet put I my trust in thee.

Three Voices.-I will praise God, because of his word: I have put my trust in God, and will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Tenor. They daily mistake my words: all that they imagine is to do me evil.

Three Voices. They hold all together, and

keep themselves close: and mark my steps, when they lay wait for my soul.

Shall they escape for their wickedness? thou, O God, in thy displeasure shalt cast them down. In God's word will I rejoice: in the Lord's word will I comfort me.

Yea, in God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.

PSALM CXXII. 1–8.

Alto.

WAS glad when they said unto me: We will go into the house of the Lord.

Our feet shall stand in thy gates: O Jerusalem.

Bass.-Jerusalem is built as a city that is at unity in itself.

Three Voices.-For thither the tribes go up, even the tribes of the Lord: to testify unto Israel, and to give thanks unto the name of the Lord.

Tenor. For there is the seat of judgment: even the seat of the house of David.

Three Voices.-O pray for the peace of Jerusalem they shall prosper that love thee. Chorus.-Peace be within thy walls plenteousness within thy palaces.

Alto, Tenor.-That I may see the felicity of thy chosen and rejoice in the gladness of thy people, and give thanks with thine inheritance.

EJOICE in the Lord alway, and again I say, rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Chorus.-Rejoice in the Lord alway, and again I say, rejoice.

Solo.-Be careful for nothing; but in every thing, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto

God.

HOU knowest, Lord, the secrets of our hearts; shut not thy merciful ears to our prayer: but spare us, Lord most holy, O God most mighty, O holy and most merciful Saviour, thou most worthy Judge Eternal, suffer us not, at our last hour, for any pains of death, to fall from thee.

Rev. xiv. 13. I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, From henceforth blessed are the dead which die in the Lord: even so, saith the Spirit, for they rest from their labours. Amen.
