The Priests fin-offering. Leviticus. And he fhall take of the congregation of the children of Ifrael, two kids of the goats for a lin-offering, and one ram for a burnt-offering.

6And Aaron fhall offer his bullock of the fin-offering, which is for himself, & make an atonement for himfelt,& for his houfe 7 And he fhall take the two goats, and prefent them before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of congregation, 8 And Aaron fhall caft lots upon the two goats, one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the fcape-goat.

9 And Aaron fhall bring the goat upon which the LORDS lot fell, and offer him for a fin-offering.

To But the goat on which the lot fell to be the fcape-goat, fhall be prefented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a fcape goat into the wildernefs."

IT And Aaron fhall bring the bullock, of the fin-offering, which is for hinfelf, and fhall make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and fhall kill bullock of the fin-offering which is for himfett. 12 And he fhall take a cenfer full of burning coals or fire from off aitarbefure LORD, & his hands-ful of fweet inceufe beaten fmal,& bring it withinyvail 12 And he fhall put the incenfe upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incenfe may cover the mercy-feat

14 And he hall take of the blood of bullock, and sprink le it with his finger upon the mercy-fear eastward: and before the mercy-feat fall he fprinkle of the blood with his finger feven times.

15 Then he thall kill the goat of the fin-offering that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and fprinkle it upon the mercy-feat, and before the mercy-feat.

19 And he hall fprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger leven times, and cleanfe it, and hallow it from the uncleannefs of the children of Ifrael.

20 And when he hath niade an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he fhall bring the live-goat:

21 And Aaron fhall lay both his hands upon the head of the live-goat, and confefs over him all the iniquities of chil dren of Ifrael, and all their tranfgreffions in all their fins, putting them upon the head of goat; & fhall fend him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness. 22 And the goat fhall bear upon him all their iniquities, unto a land not inhabited; & he fhall let goy goat in the wilderness. 23 AndAaron fhall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and fhall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he wen into the holy place, and fhall leave them there.

24 And he fhall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt-offering of the people, and make an atonement for himfelf, and for the people..

25 And the fat of the fin-offering fhall he burn upon the altar.

26 And he that let go the goat for the fcape-goat, fhall wash his clothes; and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp.

27 And the bullock for the fin-offering, & goat for fin-offering, whofe blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, fhall one carry forth without the camp, and they fhall burn in the fire their skins and their flesh,and their dung

28 And he that burneth them, fhall wath his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he fhall come into camp. 29 And this fhall be a ftature for ever unto you: that in the feven h moneth, or the tenth day of the moneth, ye fhall af flict your fouls, and do no work at all whether it be one of your own countrey, or aftranger that fojourneth among you.

30 For on that day fhall the Priest make an atonement for you, to cleanfe you, that ye may be clean from all your fins before the LORD.

31 It shall be a fabbath of reft unto you, and ye fhall afflict your fouls by a ftatute forever.

4 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD blood fhall be im ued unto that man, he hath fhed bloods and that man shall be cut off from among his people:

14 For it is the life of all flesh, the blood of it is for the life thereof; therefore I faid unto the children of Ifrael, Ye fhall eat the blood of no manner of flefh: for the life of all Hefh is blood thereof, whofoever eareth it, fhall be cut off.

15And every foul that eateth that which diedofit felfor that which was torn with beafts, (whether it be one of your wash his clothes, and hathe bimself in own countrey,or a stranger) he shall both

CHAP. XVIII. Unlawfull marriages. 19Unlawfullufis. 5To the end that the children of lfraet may bring their facrifices, which they of fer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation unto the Prieft; and offer them for peace-offerings unto the LORD.

17 Speak unto Aaron, faying, Whofoever be be of thy feed in their generationss that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God:

18 For what foever man be be that hath blemish, he shall not approach: ablind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nofe, or any thing fuperfluous,

19 Or a man that is broken-footed, or broken-handed,

7 They fhall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane,neither fhall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.

8 Thoufhalt fanctifie him therefore, for he offereth the bread of thy God: he Thall be holy unto thee: for I the LORD which fanctifie you, am holy.

24 And Mofes told it unto Aaron, and to his fons, and unto all the children of Ifrael.


CHAP. XXII. When the Priests should abstain from holg things.

Nd the LORD fpake unto Mofes, Alaying

2 Speak unto Aaron, and to his fons, that they feparate themselves from the holy things of the children of Ifrael, and that they profane not my holy Name, in thofe things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD.

3 Say unto them, Whofoever be be of all your feed, among your generations that goeth unto the holy things, which children of Ifrael hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleaners upon him foul fhall be cut off from my prefence: I am the LORD.
